This hour of dance explores movements and techniques that support dancing in and out of contact.
It is inspired by years of practice in release based technique, Improvisation and Contact Improvisation.

ZOUK LAMBADA is a fun modern partner dance that developed from Lambada in Brazil. Characterised by flowing circular movements, wave-like body rolls and dynamic hair flicks ZOUK is a fusion of samba tango contemporary and hip hop, and is danced to exciting popular music. read more

Class: Kriya and Mantra Meditation
