Somatic Movement is a profound yet gentle class that uses somatic exercises to promote an optimal body-brain connection creating stability and ease in your body. This is an excellent complimentary practice for dance, other movement forms and everyday life. read more
Class: Body Groove

High energy, fun class with traditional jazz and flavours of funk, contemporary and theatre. We dance to a wide range of music from pop, RnB to old school so everyone can find their own unique groove. Open to all. read more

Nia is a fun, dynamic movement practice that leaves you feeling energised and alive. Blending the latest body-mind science with ancient wisdom, Nia educates and inspires you to live and move with embodied Joy. read more

These Feldenkrais classes enhance awareness through movement. They use gentle movement sequences that uncannily shift our relationship to gravity and foster a renewed curiosity in our ability to learn. read more

Holiday Workshop
Class: Zouk Lambada

ZOUK LAMBADA is a fun modern partner dance that developed from Lambada in Brazil. Characterised by flowing circular movements, wave-like body rolls and dynamic hair flicks ZOUK is a fusion of samba tango contemporary and hip hop, and is danced to exciting popular music. read more
Joe is travelling into the European Zouk world for two weeks, we will still have class, dance and work on material from previous lessons. All welcome!

While this class has a clear focus on alignment and technique it is tempered by a sense of fun and playful discovery and maintains a culture of encouragement within the class. read more
Class: Kriya and Mantra Meditation

This meditation incorporates a series of postures, breath, and sound, or kriyas and pranayama to create a meditative experience that helps facilitate transformation in the body, mind and soul. read more

Ritika uses pranayama (breath work) and Kriya (energy work) to create a dance of energy that awakens your chakras and allows you to drop into the silence of your heart. read more
