This hour of dance explores movements and techniques that support dancing in and out of contact.
It is inspired by years of practice in release based technique, Improvisation and Contact Improvisation.

Ages 5-10. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids a fun class that teaches a wrestling and grappling style gentle fight that is practiced on the mats with the primarily focus on how to stop a fight and prevent direct contact injuries. read more
Class: Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a dynamic martial art that originated in Vedic India and has been widely practiced throughout Brazil and many other countries. It teaches a variety of specific holds and manoeuvres in a wrestling style match that is practiced with an opponent. read more
Class: Mullum Ballet

Mullum Ballet is a consciously designed class that brings joy to form, flexibility, strength and mobility. Bringing the power and grace of ballet to both the barre and the floor, in this class will take care of the body while improving physicality and technique. read more

Class: Belly Dance

Class: Yoga Awareness

This is an integral style of yoga, which can be practised by anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level. The classes aim to develop and balance all aspects of one’s being – body, mind, emotions and psyche. read more
Class: Feldenkrais

These Feldenkrais classes enhance awareness through movement. They use gentle movement sequences that uncannily shift our relationship to gravity and foster a renewed curiosity in our ability to learn. read more

For ages 5-7. Using fun, inspiring kids music, this class will be full of games and imagination! Offering an opportunity for the children to be themselves, be free and grow from their own body's knowledge of how to move and dance with joy! read more

Class: Hip Hop / Street Dance
Ages 8+ including adults! Hip-hop grooves including house, poppin’, locking, breaking, as well as freestyle movement giving students the opportunity to develop new movement vocabulary and their own sense of style. read more

Class: Zouk Lambada

ZOUK LAMBADA is a fun modern partner dance that developed from Lambada in Brazil. Characterised by flowing circular movements, wave-like body rolls and dynamic hair flicks ZOUK is a fusion of samba tango contemporary and hip hop, and is danced to exciting popular music. read more
Class: 5 Stages

The 5 Stages of self-healing is an integrative movement practice based on the five stages of human development: Embryonic, Creeping, Crawling, Standing and Walking. Find comfort in your body, set new patterns and feel better. read more

This meditation incorporates a series of postures, breath, and sound, or kriyas and pranayama to create a meditative experience that helps facilitate transformation in the body, mind and soul. read more
