Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. read more

Class: Kriya and Mantra Meditation

This meditation incorporates a series of postures, breath, and sound, or kriyas and pranayama to create a meditative experience that helps facilitate transformation in the body, mind and soul. read more
Facilitator: Ritika

Ritika uses pranayama (breath work) and Kriya (energy work) to create a dance of energy that awakens your chakras and allows you to drop into the silence of your heart. read more
