This movement lab offers us a playground, a place to explore beyond habitual ways. It is about dropping in to the body, listening with intention and moving from imagery and impulse. The container is held with respect and curiosity. Open to all. read more
Class: Mullum Ballet

Mullum Ballet is a consciously designed class that brings joy to form, flexibility, strength and mobility. Bringing the power and grace of ballet to both the barre and the floor, in this class will take care of the body while improving physicality and technique. read more
Class: Body Groove

High energy, fun class with traditional jazz and flavours of funk, contemporary and theatre. We dance to a wide range of music from pop, RnB to old school so everyone can find their own unique groove. Open to all. read more
Class: Dance Cardio

Dance Cardio is a fun and dynamic movement class that will help you develop the strength, flexibility and agility required for an active lifestyle. All are welcome in this upbeat whole body fitness experience. read more
Class: Zouk Lambada

ZOUK LAMBADA is a fun modern partner dance that developed from Lambada in Brazil. Characterised by flowing circular movements, wave-like body rolls and dynamic hair flicks ZOUK is a fusion of samba tango contemporary and hip hop, and is danced to exciting popular music. read more

Class: Yoga Awareness

This is an integral style of yoga, which can be practised by anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level. The classes aim to develop and balance all aspects of one’s being – body, mind, emotions and psyche. read more

While this class has a clear focus on alignment and technique it is tempered by a sense of fun and playful discovery and maintains a culture of encouragement within the class. read more
Class: Kriya and Mantra Meditation

This meditation incorporates a series of postures, breath, and sound, or kriyas and pranayama to create a meditative experience that helps facilitate transformation in the body, mind and soul. read more
Facilitator: Ritika

Ritika uses pranayama (breath work) and Kriya (energy work) to create a dance of energy that awakens your chakras and allows you to drop into the silence of your heart. read more
