Class: Early Morning Yoga
Yoga with a Heart On. Combining asana, breath and meditation this class focuses on alignment, atunement, bhakti, and cultivating grace and sanctuary in the body. read more
Class: Parent Child Creative Movement
This is a rich movement experience shared by children aged 18 months -5yrs and their adult carer. The natural impulses and curiosity of the toddler are engaged in imaginative dancing environments that include props, visual installation and carefully selected music. read more

Open Floor is a moving meditation in which we embrace all aspects of our humanity.

Class: Physical Theatre
Physical theater uses dance improvisation, mime, rhythm and non-verbal improvisation and masquerade to tell stories. The whole body speaks and the stories and characters develop out of the creative process. read more
Class: Kriya and Mantra Meditation

This meditation incorporates a series of postures, breath, and sound, or kriyas and pranayama to create a meditative experience that helps facilitate transformation in the body, mind and soul. read more

Class: Yin Yoga
A dynamic exploration of movement synchronised with breath using traditional yoga practices and postures sequenced in a creative exploration of structure, embodiment and freedom. read more
