These Feldenkrais classes enhance awareness through movement. They use gentle movement sequences that uncannily shift our relationship to gravity and foster a renewed curiosity in our ability to learn. read more
Class: Zouk Lambada Basics

This class will focus on the basics of stepping out on to the dance floor with confidence, ease and enjoyment. Recommended for those who are new to Zouk Lambada or would like to continue improving their basic techniques. read more

ZOUK LAMBADA is a fun modern partner dance that developed from Lambada in Brazil. Characterised by flowing circular movements, wave-like body rolls and dynamic hair flicks ZOUK is a fusion of samba tango contemporary and hip hop, and is danced to exciting popular music. read more

This is an integral style of yoga, which can be practised by anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level. The classes aim to develop and balance all aspects of one’s being – body, mind, emotions and psyche. read more
