Class: Movement Intelligence

In these classes you will gain insights to your own movement practice and work with the Bones For Life sequences to improve and refine your posture and mobility. It offers the opportunity to slow down, acknowledge the body's innate intelligence and retrieve knowledge about key aspects of the body's movement patterns. read more
Facilitator: Rangimarie

Rangimarie is passionate about sharing Movement Intelligence with others as a means for creating optimal health and offering new lens to movement. She helps her students to develop ease and grace and most importantly efficiency in stability and care. read more

This is an integral style of yoga, which can be practised by anyone, regardless of age, ability or fitness level. The classes aim to develop and balance all aspects of one’s being – body, mind, emotions and psyche. read more

This movement lab offers us a playground, a place to explore beyond habitual ways. It is about dropping in to the body, listening with intention and moving from imagery and impulse. The container is held with respect and curiosity. Open to all. read more
