Mullum Ballet is a consciously designed class that brings joy to form, flexibility, strength and mobility. Bringing the power and grace of ballet to both the barre and the floor, in this class will take care of the body while improving physicality and technique. read more
Class: Zouk Lambada Basics

This class will focus on the basics of stepping out on to the dance floor with confidence, ease and enjoyment. Recommended for those who are new to Zouk Lambada or would like to continue improving their basic techniques. read more

This foundational class helps students to grow awareness of their movement quality, strengthen core muscles, find balance and stability, address posture, build endurance and improve their fitness. Suitable for all levels. read more
