Zumba Gold is a fun dance workout with lower intensity to a classic Zumba class. Enjoy the same funky vibes, fun dance moves and great music while taking care of your body and taking your fitness slowly to the next level. Zumba has been called exercise in disguise—and for good reason. During a class, you’ll dance to the beat of Latin-inspired tunes while sneaking in both low- and high-intensity moves. Suitable for older adults who want to move and groove in a way that suits their body.

Bring a water bottle, sweat towel and comfortable shoes are recommended.

This foundational pilates class focuses on the basic principles and techniques of the Pilates Method. It is perfect for beginner students, those who are healing from an injury or practitioners who want to continue to strengthen their basic techniques. Students can expect to grow awareness of their movement quality, strengthen core muscles, find balance and stability, address posture, build endurance and improve their fitness. For the Pilates class please bring a mat, comfortable clothing and a towel.

Get ready to Groove with Dancehall and Reggaeton! In these classes you will get a taste of some great dance party moves and some awesome feel good music. A lot of the action in the hips and butt! In this class you learn to shake it all! With Afro, Reggae & Calypso roots, we take to the islands such as Jamaica & Trinidad. Expect a high energy, cardiovascular & strength building experience that is so much fun and feels so good that you won’t even realise you are exercising! Starting with isolations and warm ups, the class will progress into some classic dance grooves and end with a choreography that will be smooth and so much fun!
